We are excited to announce a new unique way to enjoy Stella Plantation.
It’s called Glamping!
What is Glamping? It’s putting the glamour into camping so that all can enjoy. Glamping is a way for people to become closer with nature while maintaining some of their preferred overnight accommodations such as lighting, bathrooms, and elevated sleeping arrangements.
Stella’s comfortable elegance expands to our brand-new glamping structures set on a 53-acre man-made lake. With five A-frame cabins made of Cypress wood walls and reclaimed Hard Pine floors, elevated camping grounds, a communal bath house, and cozy furnishings, guests will enjoy the luxuries of hotel accommodation alongside the escapism and adventure recreation of camping.
In keeping with Stella Plantation’s “Live off the Land” philosophy, all lighting at the glamping site will be solar powered.
Like every good Louisianan, we try to keep Stella as green as possible.
Morning coffees are a great way to greet the day with views of the lake and countryside off each A-frame cabin’s 80-foot composite bamboo deck with a 50-foot screened in porch. Couples’ weekend, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and of course hunting and fishing crews will all enjoy this taste of the Louisiana life. Stella's Glamping cabins allow you to still receive a level of comfort while being outside.
Paloma Lake is a 53-acre private lake that was designed and constructed with the outdoor enthusiast in mind. Along the lake sits five waterfront A-frame cabins with cypress walls, heart pine floors, an 80-foot composite bamboo deck and a 50-foot screened in porch. Each cabin is solar powered and finished with a queen-sized bed, night stand, phone charger, lights and more. At the site will be individual showers and restrooms, a fire pit, and a large serving area for all guests to enjoy. Stella's Glamping cabins allow you to enjoy your own space while being in the great Louisiana outdoors. From lawn games to water sports, you can stay as busy or as relaxed as you’d like during your stay at Paloma Lake.
