As the weather ever so slowly begins to change and autumn tries to fight its way into the Southern Louisiana summer, Stella Plantation opens its door for the 3rd annual Fall Fest!
Formerly, known as “Pumpkin Patch”, Fall Fest continues its annual tradition of hosting one of the best fall events in the greater New Orleans area. So, load up the kids and get away from the city for some fall fun!
Additionally, due to popular demand, we are expanding Fall Fest 2018 from two to three weekends this year! On October 14th, 21st and November 4th, Stella’s grounds will be transformed into a fall wonderland.
Get your first taste of autumn with fun made for all ages. Families can play lawn games on Stella’s lush lawns, enjoy face painting, and don’t forget to jump in our bouncy houses! Back by popular demand is our Corn Cob Cannon! Everyone who has attended Fall Fest always gets a big laugh out of taking their best shot with the corn cob cannon as well as romping around our man-made “ant hill.” For a more laid-back time, the family can load up and enjoy a hay ride around our Stella’s landscape.
It truly is fun for all ages and the Stella family invites you to come over and make Fall Fest a tradition for your family to enjoy for years to come. Just as we have!
Keep the memories going as each ticket allows you to pick your own mini-pumpkin! We know we’re biased but we think every bit of Stella is the perfect opportunity for a great selfie with the family., If you do want to leave the photography to the professionals, that’s fine too! NOLA Mini Sessions will be on hand to capture the scene of your perfect day.
Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to enjoy a taste of the countryside this fall!Click here to buy your tickets on Eventbrite for Fall Fest 2018.
And there’s more? Yes, there is!
Now think about which of your children’s teachers would LOVE to come out and bring the class to Stella. Go ahead, we’ll wait!
Once you’ve figured it out please send our contact information (firstname.lastname@example.org) along to your favorite teacher as we offer plenty of options for them to bring out their students for an educational, as well as entertaining day at Stella.
On Tuesdays through Thursdays, between October 2nd and November 15th, we’re opening our plantation for field trips. Get the kids out of the classroom and into nature, as we will have our staff on hand to teach them about the positive effects of land conservation and Stella’s “Live Off the Land” philosophy.
This special block of dates is reserved for our local schools and teacher made reservations are required.
The new school year is in full swing and we look forward to seeing all of the great teachers and students that make Southern Louisiana such a special place to be all year round.
